How much does a website cost?
Custom-designed websites start from £1,600 for up to 5 pages, a simple contact form and SEO foundations. Hosting and care start at £79 a month. Extra pages and standard feature setup are paid once; custom tools and e-commerce are quoted individually. The configurator shows your build price and Care Plan and selected monthly services separately.
What does the monthly price cover?
Hosting with SSL, domain set-up, security updates, backups, uptime checks, help with your Google Business Profile and up to 30 minutes of changes each month. You do not pay separately for any of these.
Is there a minimum term?
The Care Plan has a 12-month minimum term, then rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the website?
Once your agreed project price is paid in full, the website and its code are yours. If you leave care, we hand over the code and your content. Our platform remains ours; platform features stop when care ends, and we export your data.
How long does a website take to build?
Most projects take 2 to 6 weeks. The biggest factor is usually how quickly we receive text and photos. We agree a launch date with you before we start.
Do I need to write the text and provide photos?
You can, and we will shape what you send so it reads clearly and works for search. If you would rather not write it, we can: £500 for up to 5 pages or £1,200 for up to 12, paid once. Photography is quoted separately.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Up to 30 minutes of changes each month is included: new text, photos, prices or opening hours. New pages or features get a quote first, so nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
Can customers book and pay online?
Yes. We build booking systems with card payments through Stripe. Reset Saunas’ booking system, for example, has taken 711 guests since June 2025. Booking setup is £800, or £1,200 including payments. Choose one option; the setup fees are not added together. Monthly care is £129 with booking or £179 with booking and payments. Stripe fees are separate.
Do you build online shops?
E-commerce websites are built on Shopify and quoted individually. We confirm the build price and ongoing costs before you commit.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every website we build is fast, properly structured and set up with page titles, descriptions and a sitemap, and we help with your Google Business Profile. Rankings also depend on your competitors and take time, so we will never promise a position on page one.
Do you only work with businesses in Norwich?
No. We are based in Norwich, Norfolk, and work with businesses across the UK. Most meetings are video calls, and we can meet in person by appointment.
How do we start?
Tell us about your business through our contact form, or book a free 30-minute call at the end of it. We confirm a written quote before you commit. Build payments are 25% to start, 25% after initial design approval and 50% before publication.
