Clear build price, staged payments
The design and build are priced separately from ongoing care. Pay 25% before we start, 25% after you approve the initial design and 50% before publication. Monthly care starts at launch.
Designed for you. Owned by you.
We do not start from a bought template. Your site is planned and coded around your business, which keeps it quick and easy to extend.
Once the agreed project price is paid in full, the website and its code are yours. Our platform remains separate; its features run while your Care Plan is active.
Care that does not stop at launch
Hosting, SSL, updates, backups, monitoring and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month are included.
The Care Plan has a 12-month minimum term, then rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice.

The price you see
We do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered. Outside costs, like a Shopify subscription or a paid plugin, only come up if your project needs them, and we agree them with you first.
Your price stays yours
The monthly price you join at is the price you keep. If our price list changes, it applies to new clients. We review existing plans no more than once every 24 months and always give at least 60 days’ notice.

Is there a minimum care term?
The Care Plan has a 12-month minimum term, then rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Can I add features later?
Yes. We quote the one-off work before starting and confirm any change to your monthly care price. Care tiers replace one another; they are not added together.
What is paid upfront?
25% of the agreed one-off project price before we start, then 25% after initial design approval and 50% before launch. For a £1,600 website, those payments are £400, £400 and £800.
What kind of changes are included?
Up to 30 minutes of small edits each month, such as new text, photos, prices or opening hours. Unused time does not carry over. New pages and new features get a quote first.
What if I need an online shop?
E-commerce websites are built on Shopify and quoted individually. We confirm the build price and ongoing costs before you commit.
