A booking system built from scratch for a weekend sauna
Reset Saunas runs a mobile sauna and cold plunge by the river in Norwich, open at weekends. We built the website and a booking system that takes sessions and payments online, with a panel for the owner to run it all.

From the booking system, June 2025 to October 2026. 470 of the guests booked and paid online themselves; the rest were added by the owner for phone customers. Cancelled bookings are not counted.
The challenge
Sessions run only at weekends, and each time slot has a limited number of places. Guests needed to see what is free, choose a session length and pay in one go, at any time of day.
The owner needed to stay in control: open or close dates, add bookings taken by phone, and see who is coming, without a third-party booking platform taking a cut.
What we built, and why
- Online booking with live places. Guests choose a 30-minute or 1-hour session, then a date and time. Only bookable days and times are shown, with the number of places left.
- Card payments at checkout. Payment through Stripe as part of the booking, followed by a confirmation email.
- An admin panel for the owner. Bookings at a glance, manual bookings for phone customers, and dates opened or closed in a few clicks.
- Gift cards and group enquiries. Pages for gift cards and for private groups and events, so every kind of customer has a clear next step.
- Easy to find in search. Fast on mobile, with page titles, descriptions and a sitemap for search engines.
