From WordPress to a fast site Google can read
Stronger Athlete is Jakub Bednarczyk’s training brand: an app with hybrid training plans for soldiers, athletes and busy parents, plus ebooks and a blog. We rebuilt his WordPress site from scratch in Next.js, with an ebook shop, a free training calculator with an AI coach and a panel he runs himself.

Home page HTML: 2.77 MB on the old site (our audit, 25 October 2026) against 230 KB on the new one (5 November 2026).
The challenge
The old WordPress site looked good, but our audit found that the home page and two of the three ebook sales pages had only 3 words in their code. The real content loaded only after a visitor scrolled or tapped, so Google, AI search and link previews on Instagram saw almost empty pages.
Buying an ebook went through a WooCommerce cart and accounts, the training calculator lived in a separate no-code app, and the phone version had visible faults in the header.
What we built, and why
- All content in the page code. Every page arrives complete, so people, Google and AI search see the same text from the first load, in Polish and English.
- An ebook shop without a cart. Each ebook has its own sales page and Stripe checkout; the PDF is ready to download straight after payment and buyers join the right mailing list.
- Training load calculator with an AI coach. Moved from the separate app into the site, with existing users’ accounts and training logs carried across. Sign-in by e-mail code, no passwords.
- Blog moved with its addresses. All 25 articles moved across, and the old WordPress addresses redirect to the new ones so links and search positions are kept.
- A panel for the owner. Jakub writes and schedules articles, edits ebooks and prices, and sees orders without touching the code.

- Old site: Home page and two ebook sales pages: 3 words in the code until a visitor scrolls or taps.
- New site: The full text of every page is in the code from the first load.

- Old site: One 2.77 MB HTML file; the page appeared after about 5–7 seconds on a first visit.
- New site: 230 KB of HTML.
- Buying an ebook
- Old site: WooCommerce cart and accounts; the “Selekcja” bundle opened inside a frame, and the shop showed grey placeholder images instead of covers.
- New site: Stripe checkout from each ebook page, with covers; the PDF is ready straight after payment.
- Training calculator
- Old site: A separate no-code app.
- New site: Part of the site at /kalkulator, with an AI coach and existing users carried across.
- Phone header
- Old site: A “skip to content” bar always visible, a cut-off language switch and a button breaking onto two lines.
- New site: A clean header with a readable logo and a PL · EN switch.
- Upkeep
- Old site: WordPress with Elementor, ElementsKit, WooCommerce, LiteSpeed Cache and Site Kit to keep updated.
- New site: No plugins; hosting, updates and monitoring are looked after by us.
